Starters




Classic Prawn Cocktail

Homemade prawn cocktail sauce, North Atlantic prawns, cucumber, plum tomato and buttered brown bread



Chicken Liver Pate

Pate served with salad and a slice of focaccia bread



Crispy Whitebait

Crispy whitebait served with tartar sauce and buttered brown bread



Scotch Egg

Soft boiled egg wrapped in Cumberland sausage and coated in breadcrumbs. Served with whole grain mustard mayo



Meatballs

Served with tomato sauce and basil leaf pesto




Mains




Christmas Roast

Choose from either Turkey, beef or gammon. All of our roasts come with crispy roast potatoes, seasonal greens, swede, Brussels sprouts, Yorkshire puddings and lamb gravy



Veggie Christmas Roast

A delicious nut roast, served with roast potatoes, seasonal greens, brussels sprouts, Yorkshire pudding, swede and veggie gravy



Salmon & Prawn Salad

Scottish smoked salmon and prawns. Marie Rose sauce, bitter leaves, cucumber and plum tomato served with buttered brown bread



Calves Liver

Silverskin pickled onion, red wine gravy, garden peas, served on a bed of mashed potatoes



Beef Burger

Beef patty topped with American cheese, sticky streaky bacon, chef's special homemade burger sauce and served with fries



Fish Pie

Mixed fish, bechamel sauce and garden peas. Served on a bed of creamy mash



Beer Battered Fish 'n' Chips

Beer battered haddock, served with hand cut chips, mushy peas, tartare sauce and a wedge of lime



Classic Ploughman's Lunch

A charcuterie board consisting of honey-glazed ham, pickled onion, plum tomato, slices of apple, focaccia bread, slices of cheddar cheese, piccalilli and Branston pickle.



Bangers & Mash

Cumberland sausages, creamy mash, buttered seasonal greens, served with a red wine lamb gravy




Desserts




Mixed Berry Crumble

Served with warm custard



Sticky Toffee Pudding

Homemade sponge with toffee sauce served with salted caramel ice cream



Christmas Pudding

Made with brandy butter and served with warm custard



Bakewell Tart

Served with seasonal fruits and vanilla ice cream



Ice Cream - 3 Generous Scoops

Choice of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, salted caramel or mint chocolate chip
