Festive Nepalese Menu

Starters




Scallops

Marinated in vegan yogurt with a hint of Himalayan herbs and spices grilled and served on a bed of minted mushy peas



Golo Cheesy Chicken Kebab

Minced chicken with fresh herbs and spices imported from the Himalayan mountains. Served with Nepalese chutney



Paneer Bhuja

Arancini style steamed rice, paneer, fresh herbs and spices, bread crumbs. Topped with sweet honey-glazed sesame seeds



Stingray King Prawns

The king of king prawns, coated in Nepalese spiced batter. Served with fresh salad and homemade aubergine & plum tomato chutney



Archari Lamb

Cubes of fresh lamb marinated in tangy spices, grilled in our clay oven. Served with fresh salad




Mains




Raj the Monkfish

Grilled monkfish loin cascaded in Nepalese spices. Served on a bed of lemon rice and chargrilled aubergine chutney



Horny Goat

One of the many goat stews, cooked overnight with grandma's blessing. Served with freshly baked garlic naan. This dish will definitely get you excited



Chicken Zinger

Flattened chicken breast stuffed with prawns, slow cooked in a rich tomato mild/medium sauce packed with flavour. Served with steamed or lemon rice



Meat? But Naughty

Vegan homemade kebabs, chickpeas, potatoes and red kidney beans cooked in a rich tomato sauce. Served with steamed rice or garlic naan



Hario Pario

5 of your 5 a day! Grilled chicken served on a Nepalese salad, drizzled with olive oil sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds and roasted garlic



Hungry Yeti

A meat lovers dream. Mixed grill cooked in a rich tomato gravy. Served with keema naan



Mr Monk's Fish 'n' Chips

Haddock dipped in beer batter that is seasoned with Himalayan spices and friendly chilli flakes. Served with fresh hand cut chips.




Desserts




Mixed Berry Crumble

Served with warm custard



Sticky Toffee Pudding

Homemade sponge with toffee sauce served with salted caramel ice cream



Christmas Pudding

Made with brandy butter and served with warm custard



Bakewell Tart

Served with seasonal fruits and vanilla ice cream



Ice Cream - 3 Generous Scoops

Choice of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, salted caramel or mint chocolate chip
